Libelle V - "finished"

LIBELLE V

The Libelle V finished! was awarded the first prize of the contest DUST 2010, during the Lucca Comics Festival 2010!
It will then be considered for entry into production as a model kit series.
I am very happy with this result and for this opportunity, but especially for having had many positive reviews from many good models, this has more value to me!

Thank you all!

Note:
-The crosses and the numbers are not decals but paintings
- 80% of the model is self-made, including propellers
- The three legs are resin multiplied by a single master
The colors are all strictly RLM used during WWII

Libelle V - step painting cockpit

... Another small step, the seat as I had written in an old post would like to draw a little retro style and even the "unusual" for a means of war, to this I had to also add seat belts, the problem is was not having belts that scale (1/ 5) I had to build them, obviously they can not compete with those photoengraved but I'm still happy with the final result, derived from the "plate" of an old tube of toothpaste, judge for yourself. The cockpit still not completely finished, however we can see something!

Last stage for Libelle V

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!
Sorry for the outburst but "maybe" I finished the construction of the Libelle!
lacking only the cables on the rotors ...... but seeing what I already had to spend absolutely nothing!
However, I was proof that if you work with a precise diagram of the projects of "imagination" are not an end ... and indeed I have tried to say a final end to this project!

Let's stop the nonsense anyway ....
since the last photo you will be changed especially in the cabin, that his face has changed a lot .... for obvious reasons, the glass will be glued to finished coloring them ... see them stuck in some way false.
Now I wait with staining also down 235.
Honestly, I would use this model for those who can not stagger the lines and details .... but honestly I do not know yet, maybe two shades of green or green and sand ..... bho!

WIP Arado Ar 235 "Atem" 1/48 -final stage-

.... Now I am close to that color ..... honestly still do not know !..... if you suggest ... I accept tips!
missing the basket, auxiliary rockets for take-off version of the typical Ar 234 and the antenna and the model is finished ...
All fillings were carried out with few problems and not even delete the line from the lens mold was fun!

Here it is in final stage!

It looks like this now .... now a good job of sanding to connect everything and you're done!

Another small step: I connected the two side cheeks and sealed with Magic Sculp, the various spaces were first filled with plasticard. ...
